I was very happy with the product. The paper used was excellent quality, with excellent quality printing. I printed on both sides and did not catch the error on back, but other than that i was very happy. I forgot to request express shipping and was given a one time courtesy upgrade so that I could receive my product on time. It did come exactly when they said and i am so grateful for all the help given to make it happen
